Description

We have decided to offer boxes of variable thickness EPP sheet foam. These "foam boxes" will come in a 24"x14"x4" thick box and we will fill it to the brim with 1.9# EPP.

These boxes will have thicknesses of approximately 3mm to almost an inch thick. Average thickness tends to run right under 1/2" thick. The thickness varies from one piece to the other due to the variability of the raw material that we work with. Sheets are approximately 24"x14"x4", However some sheets 13.5" x 24" x approx 3/4" thick "rectangles" may find their way into the stacks. These are delta shapes that are the same shape as a foam core block of our SuperFly, HyperFlea or MiniFly kits.

These are to be considered "grab boxes" of foam and while we will do our best to sort by "shape" they are not sorted for constant thickness.
