This center section is airfoiled and CNC cut to provide a lifting surface and additional wing area for those looking to expand their SuperFly's. The "stock" center section width is 3". The 3" and 5" center sections do not require any upgrades to fly like a stock SuperFly. Use of the larger center sections, we recommend upgrading the power setup to get the flight characteristics of a stock SuperFly.

Why should you consider a wider center section? The center section was designed with several purposes in mind and we feel works great for handful of applications - most notably beginner pilots and those wanting to get into aerial photography.

We recommend the 3" center section to those who are using the SuperFly as a trainer. The most common damage beginners have with the SuperFly is breaking the nose off. With a blunt center section, the plane bounces much nicer with a flat face.

We are offering center sections in several widths but will be able to custom cut widths up to 12". If you are interested in a custom width, please feel free to e-mail us for a price quote.
