How to Place an Order with SuperFly RC

Online ordering from SuperFly RC is simple. If you need any assistance, this page will walk you through the entire ordering process. Click the following links to jump to specific help topics on this page:

Shipping Policy:

Orders are typically shipped via Priority Mail, Fed Ex Ground or best available carrier.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days unless the item is back ordered.

Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us. All replacement/repaired products are shipped Priority Mail unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

International Orders:

May be more expensive, please contact us for a quote before ordering. If your order has already been placed we will contact you with regarding additional shipping funds. Customer is responsible for any local customs import duties that may be charged, we do not have control over this.  Please check with your local customs in advance if you have any questions.  We do not provide 'fake' invoices.

Address Corrections:

When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct.  An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address.  In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge you the amount of the address correction.

Purchasing Back Order Products

A back order product is one that is not currently in stock, which we expect to have soon.

When you purchase a product on back order:

  • We ship the item as soon as possible.

  • We process the payment for the back ordered items and shipping cost.

  • We send you an email when we ship your order.

  • If you order in-stock products with back order products:

  • We ship the in-stock products to you immediately.

  • We process the payment for the in-stock items and shipping cost.

  • The back order items are shipped as soon as possible.

  • We process the payment for the back ordered items and shipping cost.

  • We send you an email when we ship your order.

Ready To Fly Services (RTF)

We offer complete assembly for the SuperFly or HyperFlea !

Don't have time to build?

Add this to the shopping cart after you select one of our SuperFly or HyperFlea kits or combos on the SuperFly  accessories or HyperFlea accessories pages and we will build and paint your new plane then ship it to you in a big box! If you get a combo with transmitter, we will set it up for you!  Please note that this may delay your shipping date by up to 5 business days. Planes will come with a black canopy and 1 color on the top leading edge.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Please Follow These Simple Steps to Complete a Return Refund Request

1. Buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt by email or at 1 + (512) 686-4249  to obtain a RMA number. Returns that do not include the RMA number will not be processed or are received at the improper address will be returned to the senders at the sender’s expense and credit will not be issued. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.

2. Write your reason for returning the product and the RMA number on the sales receipt you received with your order or a copy of the sales receipt. The RMA number MUST be written underneath your return address at the top left of the package being returned.

3. Pack the defective item(s) very well with all the original packaging and supporting materials, (if applicable), with a copy of the original invoice and mail your package(s) to the address below.

4. Ship the item(s) and Address your return(s) to:

5. Please read Warranty Policy first before sending items back to us. If you believe that the product you received is defective and your warranty has not expired, you must first call to obtain a RMA number. The RMA Order number will allow each party the ability to track the return much easier and faster. After receiving your RMA order number, pack the defective item(s) very well with all the original packaging and supporting materials, (if applicable), and a copy of the original invoice. Buyers are responsible for the any and all shipping cost, and delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. We will only accept returned items in new and unopened condition.  We will not accept any electronics including batteries that have been opened or used.  Returned merchandise that is missing parts or has been damaged by the buyer will not be replaced. Buyers are responsible for the any and all shipping cost, and delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason.

SuperFly RC is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during transit by the shipping company.  We suggest that buyers obtain a receipt for any packages shipped back to us. SuperFly RC is NOT responsible for any package lost during shipping.

The time it takes for us to send you the replacement products depends on several factors.

(a) What kind of product.

(b) What caused the defects?

(c) How fast our manufacturer would send us the replacement.

(d) Whether it is a repair or a replacement.

(e) How long have you received the product?

To speed up receiving the replacement parts, buyers may order the same item (part only) to replace a defective one and send the defective one back for credit if the defective item was purchased within 7 days. Again, the normal shipping method is Priority Mail or FED EX Ground. Buyer must pay for any shipping upgrades.

Notes:

(1) SuperFly RC is NOT responsible for any damage to parts or injury to person or property as a result of using our products or as a result of a defective product.

(2) By placing an order with SuperFly RC, you indicate that you already read this return policy and agree with it.

(3) We reserve the right to have the manufacturer determine the cause of damage on dead-on-arrival (DOA) items and replace items pending their approval.
